Deleting your account
Last updated on
Remove your Nomu account and data—with a 30-day grace period and an email fallback.
Changed your mind? You can delete your Nomu account and everything in it—profile, trips, places, photos, and settings—whenever you like. It's the same account across the app and the web, so deleting in one place deletes it everywhere.
Delete from the app
- Open the Profile tab.
- Go to Settings → Privacy and data.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
On the web it's the same idea: Profile → Privacy → Delete account.
The 30-day grace period
Deletion isn't instant—your account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days rather than wiped on the spot. During that window:
- Your account is deactivated and your data is no longer visible in the app.
- Changed your mind again? Sign back in and choose to keep your account—everything is restored, no harm done.
- After 30 days, your account and all its data are permanently deleted and can't be recovered.
Think of it as a safety net, not a countdown to stress over.
Can't get into the app?
Email support@nomu.land from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. The same 30-day grace period applies.
