The map isn't loading

Network, blockers, and quick checks when tiles or pins never appear.
When the map stays blank or spins forever, it is usually connectivity, a blocker, or a stale tab—not your trips vanishing.
Quick checks
- Other sites — Can you load a normal webpage? If not, fix Wi-Fi or cellular first.
- VPN / DNS / ad block — Pause aggressive DNS filters or VPNs for a moment; some block map tile domains.
- Hard refresh — Close the tab completely (especially on desktop) and open Nomu again.
- Another browser or device — If it works elsewhere, clear site data for app.nomu.land on the broken browser.
If pins are missing but the basemap works
Your account data might not have synced yet. Pull to refresh where available, or sign out and back in once (after confirming you can receive a magic link).
